I do hereby express my sincere interest in becoming a member of Royal Dynamic Friends Social Club (Imo State). I affirm that all the information provided is accurate and complete. If invited to proceed, I am ready to undergo the club's vetting and orientation process.

I consent that submitting this form does not guarantee immediate membership, even after paying A NONE REFUNDALE FEE OF ₦50,000. It signals your intent and begins the process of evaluation by the Membership Screening Committee.

Club Membership Undertaking

I hereby,
solemnly undertake to uphold the principles, values, and unity of the club. I understand and accept that my actions, conduct, and behavior within and outside the club must align with the provisions of the Club Constitution and Code of Conduct.

I pledge my loyalty and commitment to the club and affirm that I shall abide by all rules, regulations, and decisions set forth by the club's leadership.

Furthermore, I agree that if any of my actions are found to undermine the unity, integrity, or constitution of the club or violate the club's ethical standards, I shall be subject to appropriate disciplinary measures and penalties as stipulated in the club's constitution.
This undertaking is made voluntarily and in good faith.

Club Membership Ethics Agreement

CLUB MEMBERSHIP ETHICS AGREEMENT

This Membership Ethics Agreement is entered into by and between YOU (hereinafter referred to as "the Member") and the Club (hereinafter referred to as" Royal Dynamic Friends Social Club") on this day of submission.

1. Ethical Obligation
The Member hereby agrees to uphold the highest standard of ethical conduct in all dealings and interactions related to the Club. This includes honoring the spirit of unity, integrity, and loyalty that governs the Club.

2. Benefit and Exit Clause
The Member agrees that no individual shall receive full benefits of any kind from the Club and subsequently quit the Club or act against its interests, especially while other members have yet to receive similar benefits.

Such actions should be deemed aviolation of the Club's ethical code and a breach of agreement.

3. Penalty for Breach
Any member found guilty of such misconduct shall be required to reimburse the Club the sum of N2,000,000 (Two Million Naira) as restitution for the abuse of trust and benefits received. Additionally, the Club reserves the right to initiate legal action in the event of a breach of this agreement.

4. Acknowledgment and Consent
By signing this agreement, the Member acknowledges complete understanding of the above conditions and voluntarily consents to be bound by them throughout their membership of the Club.

This agreement shall take effect immediately upon signing.
